Alleged domestic dispute in Trenton results in charges filed against Barneveld resident

TRENTON- A resident from Oneida County is faced with accusations stemming from an alleged domestic dispute this week, authorities say.

Jeromie Wheatley, 42, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Thursday morning by the New York State Police (Marcy). Wheatley is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment in the second-degree.

Troopers say these charges stem from complaints of a domestic dispute in the town of Trenton.

At press time, Wheatley’s arrest status was listed as held.
