WATSON- A Lewis County man is faced with charges connected with an alleged domestic incident in the town of Watson.

Randy R. Grimmer, 40, of Watson, NY was arrested and charged by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office on April 2 for harassment in the second-degree (physical contact).

Police say the arrest occurred in the wake of a domestic incident investigated on River Road.

A stay away order of protection was issued, however; Grimmer was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office again Tuesday for criminal contempt in the second-degree. Deputies allege that Grimmer violated the previous protection order.

As reported Monday, Grimmer was also arrested and charged over the weekend for the same exact offense.

He was processed and released with appearance tickets.
