Ava Woman accused of Aggravated D.W.I. in the Town of Lee

TOWN OF LEE-A 30 year old Ava woman was arrested for D.W.I. following a Thursday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Lee. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged Vicki B. Linstruth with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I.-Per Se with .18 of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood with No Priors: Both Class U misdemeanors. Linstruth’s arrest status was not listed, and no further details were provided by State Police.
