TOWN OF LOWVILLE-Lowville Firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire at the home of Donald and Leslie Arthur on Number 3 Road in the Town of Lowville Friday morning.  According to Lowville Fire Chief Joseph Austin, firefighters found the fire in an exterior wall near an outlet. They were able to douse the flames within 5 minutes of arrival.
