Boonville man found to have active Oneida County Family Court arrest warrant following traffic stop near McKeever

MCKEEVER- A local man was found to have an active arrest warrant following a traffic stop last Wednesday in the Western Adirondacks, according to authorities.

Joshua R. Nellenbach, 31, of Boonville, NY is officially charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, unlicensed operator and driver's view obstructed, according to the Town of Webb Police Department. 

Officers discovered that he was reportedly driving on a suspended license.

Furthermore, Chief of Police Ron Johnston says Nellenbach was also found to have an active arrest warrant issued by Oneida County Family Court.

Following the traffic stop, authorities say he was handed over to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.

All charges are returnable to Town of Webb Court.
