LOWVILLE- The two Lowville Village Police Department Officials under investigation for alleged false time sheets are still on the job.

This update is according to the latest from WWNY-TV. Last week, the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office unveiled a letter concerning Police Chief Randy Roggie and Sergeant Philip Turck.

As reported, investigators are saying there is sufficient evidence that suggests that Sargent Turck filled out false time sheets, to which Chief Roggie approved.

Reporters have reached out to lawyers for comment on these allegations and there has been no response as of this report.

It’s reported that the village board has a meeting scheduled for this Wednesday.
