Boonville resident charged for criminally possessing stolen property from Forestport, Troopers say

FORESTPORT- A local resident is accused of criminally possessing stolen property in Northern Oneida County, authorities say.

Joshua R. Nellenbach, 32, of Boonville, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Remsen). Nellenbach is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminally possessing stolen property in the fifth-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a larceny complaint filed in the town of Forestport on May 28.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Nellenbach was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
