Boonville resident charged with unlicensed operation in village, Troopers say

BOONVILLE- A resident from Northern Oneida County is accused of unlicensed operation.

On Wednesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Remsen) announced the arrest of Gary R. Hillier, 54, of Boonville, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

Troopers said this charge was filed sometime around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the village of Boonville, NY.

At press time, police said that Hillier was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
