Camden Woman Accused of Felony Unlicensed Operation and D.W.I. Charges following M.V.A. in the Town of Lewis
TOWN OF LEWIS-A 37 year old Camden woman was is facing Unlicensed Operation and D.W.I. charges following a one car motor vehicle accident that occurred early Saturday morning on Route 26 in the Town of Lewis. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Lacee J. Runion with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 Percent of more of Alcohol in Blood with a prior conviction within the past 10 years, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree with a permanent revocation; both Class E felonies: and Driving While Intoxicated, a Class U misdemeanor. Runion was issued an appearance ticket and no further details were released.
