Carthage Resident Facing a Felony Burglary Charge
TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 39 year old Carthage resident was arrested early Saturday morning following a report of a Friday evening burglary in the Town of Croghan. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Shawn A. Kloster with one count of Burglary in the 2nd Degree-Illegal entry of a Dwelling: a Class C felony. Kloster was arraigned in Jefferson County Central Arraignment with a bail amount of $500.00. No further details were released.
