Carthage Man Accused of Criminal Mischief and Criminal Contempt

TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 19 year old Carthage man if facing charges following an alleged domestic dispute in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Frank C. Downing with once count each of Criminal Mischief in the 4^th Degree and Criminal Contempt in the 2^nd Degree-Disobeying a Court Order; both Class A misdemeanors. Downing’s arrest status was not reported, and no further details were released.
