Carthage Man Accused of Criminal Mischief in the Town of Champion

TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 21 year old Carthage man is facing a criminal mischief charge following a report of a domestic dispute early Sunday morning in the Town of Champion. New York State Troopers from the Carthage Station charged Erich Jacob David Mattice with one count of Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property, a Class A misdemeanor. Mattice was sent to Jefferson County Central Arraignment, and the incident remains under investigation.
