Carthage Man Facing a Larceny Charge in Jefferson County

TOWN OF LE RAY-A 20 year old Carthage man was arrested by State Troopers following a Friday evening report of a larceny from a building in the Town of LeRay. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Aiden Waylon Paul Mono with one count of Petit Larceny. Mono was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of LeRay Court at a later date.
