Carthage Man Charged with Aggravated D.W.I. in Jefferson County

TOWN OF LE RAY-A 26 year old Carthage man was arrested for D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Le Ray. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Brian Robert Mee with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated Driving D.W.I. Per se with a Blood Alcohol Count of .18 of 1 percent or more alcohol in blood-with No Priors: both Class U misdemeanors. Mee was issued appearance tickets in the Town of Le Ray Court at a later date.
