Castorland Man Accused of Petit Larceny in Croghan
VILLAGE OF CROGHAN-A 25 year old Castorland man is facing a petit larceny charge following a report of a “larceny from a building” in Croghan Friday evening. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Benjamin W. Marolf on Saturday and charged him with one count of Petit Larceny in the 1st degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Marolf was issued an appearance and will answer the charge in the Town of Croghan Court at a later date.
