Carthage Man Charged with Unlicensed Operation after having 3 Seperate Suspensions
TOWN OF LERAY-A 28 year old Carthage man was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation on Saturday afternoon following a vehicle stop in the Town of LeRay. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Albie David Cheal with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree-3 or More Suspensions-3 or More Separate dates: a Class U misdemeanor. Cheal was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of LeRay Court.
