Natural Bridge Man facing Charges following Alleged Domestic Incident in the Town of Wilna (Updated 2/2)

TOWN OF WILNA-A 42 year old Natural Bridge man was arrested early Saturday morning following a report of a domestic incident in the Town of Wilna. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged David W. Babcock with one count each of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation-Applying Pressure, Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child less than 17, Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property, and Criminal Mischief in the 4^th Degree-Disable Equipment to prevent Emergency call to Police, Fire, or EMT: all Class A misdemeanors. Babcock was sent to Jefferson County Central Arraignment Center and his arrest status was updated to "cash bail" as of Sunday, February 2nd.
