Carthage Man Facing Numerous Charges following an alleged Domestic Incident

VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 28 year old Village of Carthage Man was arrested Tuesday evening following a report of a domestic incident in the Village of Carthage. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Robert E. Marion with one count of Criminal Contempt in the first degree-Violating an Order of Protection with Physical Violence; a Class E felony: one count of Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property and three counts of Acting in a Mannor Injurious to a Child less than 17 years old; all Class A misdemeanors. Marion was awaiting arraignment at the Central Arraignment office in Watertown as of Wednesday morning press time. No further details were given.
