Turin Resident Accused of D.W.I. in Lyons Falls

VILLAGE OF LYONS FALLS-A 21 year old Turin Resident is accused of D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Village of Lyons Falls. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Drew Gregory Maurer with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Maurer was issued an Appearance to answer the charges in the Village of Lyons Falls Court.
