Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph creating blowing and drifting snow and at times white out conditions. * WHERE...For the Winter Weather Advisory greatest snow amounts on the Tug Hill Plateau. For the Winter Storm Warning greatest snow amounts will be found near Watertown and Fort Drum areas southward to across the Tug Hill region. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM EST Sunday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 AM Sunday to 4 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...For the Winter Storm Warning, travel will be very difficult to impossible at times. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and through Wednesday commutes.
