Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph creating blowing and drifting snow and at times white out conditions. * WHERE...For the Winter Weather Advisory greatest snow amounts on the Tug Hill Plateau. For the Winter Storm Warning greatest snow amounts will be found near Watertown and Fort Drum areas southward to across the Tug Hill region. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 AM EST Sunday. FOR N. HERKIMER CO AND THE ADIRONDACKS-...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to three inches. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches, with locally up to 8 inches in the southern foothills of the Adirondacks, southern Greens and northern Berkshires. * WHERE...The western Mohawk Valley, southern Adirondacks, Lake George Saratoga Region, Taconics, mid Hudson Valley of Ulster and Dutchess Counties, the southeastern Catskills, southern Vermont and the Berkshires. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady light snow will taper off to snow showers and flurries by later this afternoon into the early evening hours.
