Castorland Man Facing D.W.I. Charges following a Motor Vehicle Accident in Lowville

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 34 year old Castorland man was arrested for D.W.I. Friday evening following a one-vehicle property damage accident on Route 812 in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Derek C. Delles with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 Percent Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Delles was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
