Harrisville Man Accused of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Village of West Carthage
VILLAGE OF WEST CARTHAGE-A 41 year old Harrisville man is facing an Aggravated Unlicensed Operation charge following a Friday afternoon vehicle stop in the Village of West Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Jesse Aaron Blum with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree-Commit Aggravated Operation 3/Mandatory Suspension. Blum was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of West Carthage Court at a later date.
