Cold Brook Man Arrested for D.W.I.

TOWN OF OHIO-A 19 year old Cold Brook man is accused of D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Ohio. New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Mark A. Hulbert with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a .08 of 1% or greater Blood Alcohol Content-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Hulbert was released to a third party. The incident was “pending investigation” as of press time Saturday morning.
