Lowville Man Accused of Driving While Intoxicated

VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 43 year old Lowville man was arrested for D.W.I. late Friday night following a vehicle stop in the Village of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Bryan J. Rogers with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor vehicle with .08 of 1% or more alcohol in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Rogers was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Village of Lowville Court at a later date.
