Cold Brook man charged with petit larceny and conspiracy, Troopers say

SCHUYLER- A local man is accused in a reported larceny case in Herkimer County, according to authorities.

Cody G. Nix, 31, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Herkimer). He is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth-degree.

Troopers say these charged stem from larceny complaints filed in June in the town of Schuyler.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Nix was issued with an appearance ticket and there were no further details provided.
