Copenhagen Man Facing an Unlicensed Operation Charge in Jefferson County
TOWN OF RUTLAND-A 39 year old Copenhagen man is accused of driving with a suspended or revoked licensed following a Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Rutland, Jefferson County. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Steven Barry with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Barry was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Rutland Court at a later date.
