Disturbance in town of Western results in misdemeanor charge against Mohawk Valley resident

WESTERN- A resident from the Mohawk Valley region is faced with an accusation, following complaints of a disturbance last fall in Oneida County, authorities say.

Frances S. Wagner, 45, of New York Mills, NY was arrested Tuesday evening by the New York State Police (Lee). Wagner is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a disturbance investigation in the town of Western on November 23.

At press time, police said Wagner was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details to report.
