Domestic dispute investigation in Boonville results in charges filed against local man

BOONVILLE- Village police say they have made an arrest stemming from a domestic dispute investigation earlier this month.

Donald J. Judeikis, 68, of Boonville, NY is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal obstruction of breathing and one violation of harassment in the second-degree, according to Boonville Village Police Officer in Charge Fred Robenski.

The incident allegedly occurred in the village on Friday, August 4 at around 10:30 p.m.

Officials say a female victim was taken from the scene by Boonville Ambulance to an area hospital for unspecified minor injuries.

Judeikis was arraigned in Oneida County CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.
