
CROGHAN- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Lewis County.
Shortly after 1:30 a.m. Sunday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Tanner G. Jackson, 28, of Lowville, NY with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).
According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Croghan overnight on Sunday.
At press time, police said that Jackson was issued with an appearance ticket.
