Felony aggravated unlicensed operation charge filed against Boonville area resident

BOONVILLE- An area resident is faced with a felony accusation for alleged unlicensed operation.

On Thursday, the Boonville Village Police conducted a traffic stop on Post Street, which resulted in the arrest of Stacey L. Genovese, 36, of Boonville, NY for one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and a violation of unlicensed operation.

According to police, Genovese had 27 suspensions on 10 separate dates against her driver’s license.

Following processing, Genovese was taken to Oneida County CAP Court for arraignment.
