ONEIDA COUNTY & CENTRAL NEW YORK- WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 A.M. THIS MORNING TO 5 A.M. EDT SATURDAY.

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 11 A.M. this morning to 5 A.M. EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree-limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
