Felony grand larceny charge filed against Fort Drum resident in West Carthage

WEST CARTHAGE- A larceny investigation in Jefferson County has resulted in the arrest of a North Country area resident.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lowville) charged Roy M. Duran, 23, of Fort Drum, NY with one felony count of grand larceny in the fourth-degree (credit card).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a complaint filed early last October in the village of West Carthage, NY.

At press time, police said that Duran was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
