Firefighters respond to shed fire near Remsen

REMSEN- A shed fire late Wednesday in Oneida County prompted response from local emergency services.

It happened shortly before midnight on Susquehanna Street, town of Remsen, according to Remsen Fire Department.

An exact address was not provided. Responding firefighters encountered a fully involved shed fire.

Fortunately, the blaze was kept from spreading and doused quickly, thanks to a fast response.

Barneveld Fire Department was called for mutual aid.

As of this report, no injuries or any other details were mentioned.
