Glenfield resident charged with criminal contempt and aggravated harassement in alleged Martinsburg domestic dispute

MARTINSBURG- A local resident is facing charges stemming from an alleged domestic dispute over the weekend in Lewis County, authorities are reporting.

Nicole L. Plantz, 29, of Glenfield, NY was arrested Sunday evening by the New York State Police (Lowville). Plantz is formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order) and aggravated harassment in the second-degree (communicating a threat via phone, computer or mail).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from reports of a domestic dispute Saturday evening in the town of Martinsburg.

At press time, police said that Plantz was released.

There were no further details provided.
