Turin Man Accused of Motor Vehicle Violations
VILLAGE OF PORT LEYDEN-A 39 year old Turin man is facing vehicle and traffic complaints in the Village of Port Leyden. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged William H. Baxter with one count each of Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree-commit Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd with a Mandatory Suspension and a Motor Vehicle Violation of Registration Suspended: both Class U misdemeanors. Baxter was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Village of Port Leyden Court at a later date.
