Harrisville Resident Held Following Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and D.W.I. Arrest in Jefferson County
TOWN OF ADAMS-A 42 year old Harrisville resident was jailed Saturday evening after being arrested for Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and D.W.I. following a vehicle stop in the Town of Adams. New York State Police from the Adams Barracks charged Bryan J. Martin with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree-Committing Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd -Alcohol or Drug, a Class E felony; Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of .08 of 1% or more in Blood-First Offense-both Class U misdemeanors. Martin’s arrest Status was listed as held with no bail as of Sunday morning press time.
