Herkimer County resident charged with menacing in Cold Brook, according to State Police

COLD BROOK- A local resident is accused of menacing in Herkimer County.

On Sunday night, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Mark W. Boyce, 43, of Cold Brook, NY with one misdemeanor count of menacing in the second-degree (w/a weapon).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a menacing complaint Sunday evening in the village of Cold Brook, NY.

At press time, there was no arrest status listed for Boyce.
