ROME- Reports of a domestic dispute in Oneida County has resulted in an accusation filed against a local resident.

Paul E. Calderon, 33, of Holland Patent, NY was arrested and charged by the New York State Police (Lee) on Sunday afternoon with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

Troopers say the charge stems from a domestic dispute in the city of Rome, NY, which was reported a short while before the arrest occurred.

At press time, police said that Calderon made an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
