IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Joanne Witt named new Executive Director for Naturally Lewis, Inc.

LOWVILLE- Joanne Witt is the new Executive Director for Naturally Lewis, Inc.

“With a strong background in education and youth development, Joanne brings a fresh perspective to the work of community and economic development,” said Mike Jackson, Chairman of the Board.

Officials say this transition follows the departure of former Executive Director, Brittany Davis, who is beginning her next endeavor. Witt officially assumed her new role on Monday.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Naturally Lewis Team as the Executive Director and serving our community in this new role,” Witt said.

Her responsibilities will include organizational leadership and strategic planning, staff leadership and development, economic and business development, community engagement and partnerships, and financial operations and management.

This announcement builds on the update shared in April 2025, when the organization communicated plans for the leadership transition.

The Naturally Lewis, Inc. Board of Directors led an extensive and competitive hiring process to identify the next Executive Director of the organization.
