Interview: Heather Evans and Lee Hinkleman talk upcoming 'Arctober Fest' for Friday, October 13 at Snow Ridge Ski Resort

TURIN- Arctoberfest, 2023 is aimed for Friday, October 13 at Snow Ridge Ski Resort.

With all the family fun starting at 5:30 p.m., tickets are $40 for admission, which will be available at the door, but "the sooner you reserve your ticket, the easier it is to do a headcount," Heather Evans told us. She is the Vice President of Development for the Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter.

She joined North Country News on Wednesday, October 11 with Friends of the Arc Foundation board member, Lee Hinkleman, to discuss Arctoberfest and the ultimate goal behind hosting the event, which is to raise funds to replace the roof at the Stowe Street Day Habilitation Center in Lowville, NY.

"That money is going to go directly back into Lewis County, directly back into the Arc and our facility over there down by the Sheriff's Department," Hinkleman told us.
