State Police release update regarding arrest of Lewis County man on child pornography accusations

LOWVILLE- State Police authorities have released update regarding the arrest of a local man faced with sex offense accusations. 

Lucino Hernandez-Bautista, 25, of Lowville, NY was recently charged by Troopers for felony counts of promoting sexual performance of a child less than 17 and possession of sexual performance of a child, along with one misdemeanor count of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.

According to investigators, Hernandez-Bautista is accused of uploading and downloading sexually explicit photos/videos with a 13-year-old female.

He was arraigned at the Town of Croghan Court and remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $ 5,000 cash and $10,000 bond.
