Intoxicated driving charges filed against Lewis County resident in wake of property damage wreck: SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES

WATSON- A property damage wreck involving one vehicle early Wednesday in Lewis County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Chad E. Roes, 46, of Watson, NY was charged on Wednesday with one count each of aggravated DWI (BAC .18 or greater) and DWI.

Investigators said this arrest stems from a property damage wreck early Wednesday on the Wetmore Road, town of Watson.

During processing at the Public Safety Building, it is reported that Roes registered a .26% BAC.

Roes was released with appearance tickets, which are returnable to Watson Town Court at a later date.
