Jefferson County resident accused of aggravated DWI in West Carthage

WEST CARTHAGE- A North Country area resident is accused of aggravated DWI in Jefferson County.

During the very early hours Saturday, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Jordon M. Baker, 39, of Carthage, NY with one count each of aggravated DWI (BAC of .18 of 1% or greater) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed following a traffic stop in West Carthage shortly before 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

At press time, authorities said that Baker was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
