Jefferson County resident charged with criminally possessing stolen property in Carthage: STATE POLICE

CARTHAGE- A larceny in case in Jefferson County has resulted in the arrest of a local suspect.

On Thursday afternoon, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Cody Joshua Keech, 31, of Carthage, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminally possessing stolen property in the fifth-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a larceny complaint filed in the village of Carthage, NY back in August.

At press time, police said that Keech was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
