CROGHAN- A Lewis County man is accused of violating an order of protection, authorities say.
Justin J. Munger, 35, of Croghan, NY was arrested Thursday by the Sheriff’s Office. Patrols were dispatched shortly before 9:30 p.m. to a residence on State Route 812, town of Croghan.
Complaints suggested an ongoing violation for a current protection order. When patrols arrived, Mr. Munger was reportedly located inside.
Once deputies confirmed an active protection order was being violated, Munger was brought in to the Public Safety Building.
He was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
Munger is due to address his accusation in Croghan Town Court at a later date.
