
LOWVILLE- A North Country man is faced with an accusation for allegedly threatening harm to a local family court judge, authorities say.
Eric S. Fowler, 38, of Beaver Falls, NY is formally charged by Lowville Village Police with a misdemeanor offense of aggravated harassment in the second-degree.
It's alleged, according to police, that Fowler placed an unwanted phone call to acting Lewis County Family Court Judge Anthony M. Neddo, threatening physical harm.
At press time, police said that Fowler was issued with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
