Lewis County man charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief: NYSP

WEST CARTHAGE- A Lewis County resident is faced with charges that stem from trespass complaints in the North Country, authorities say.

Christopher R. Rocker, 29, of Glenfield, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage). Rocker is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal trespass in the second-degree and criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property).

Troopers say these charges stem from trespass complaints filed June 7 in West Carthage, NY.

At press time, police said an investigation is pending.

Rocker was issued with appearance tickets and there were no further details provided.
