LOWVILLE- Lewis County Public Transportation is now on the Transit App.

That means riders will have access to all sorts of new and convenient features. "Because we are tracking the busses in real time and it shows that data, you can see that bus the same way that I can," said Samantha Brown, Community Development Program Specialist.

"So if your bus is running ten-minutes late, or if you're worried it's not coming, or if there are construction delays, you can open up your Transit App and it will show you!"

The app, including access to a free Royale subscription, which unlocks additional features, special Lewis County Public Transportation branding, new customization options, and complete access to the app across the more than 300 cities supported worldwide, was officially launched in late August.

*How to use the Transit App.*

“By utilizing the Transit App, residents of Lewis County can conveniently access up-to-date public transportation schedules, empowering them to navigate our rural area with ease, improve mobility options, and enhance connectivity within our community,” Brown added.
