Lewis County resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following property damage accident in Croghan

CROGHAN- A North Country area resident is accused of unlicensed operation following a property damage accident last month in Lewis County.

Jesse Aaron Blum, 42, of Harrisville, NY was arrested and charged on Saturday, May 9 by the New York State Police (Carthage) for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.

Troopers said this arrest was made following a property damage accident on April 30 in the village of Croghan, NY.

At press time, police said that Blum was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
