Local man charged in alleged domestic dispute in Floyd, Deputies say

ONEIDA COUNTY- A local man is faced with various charges, stemming from complaints of an alleged domestic incident this week in the town of Floyd, authorities say.

Robert Anna, (no age provided), of Floyd, NY was arrested Monday night by the Sheriff’s Office. He is officially charged with three misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree; one misdemeanor count each of menacing in the third-degree and criminal obstruction of breathing; and one violation of harassment in the second-degree.

Deputies say the arrest stems from an investigation on the Davis Road, shortly before 9:00 p.m. the same evening.

Anna was processed and following an arraignment, he was released on his own recognizance.

Authorities say an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
